Reflections on the possible implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights by the Member States of the Council of Europe

Abstrakt

This article includes the author's reflections on the possible imple- mentation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights by the Council of Europe Member States in the light of the obligations enshrined in the European Convention on Human Rights, which are identical with the norms of the International Bill of Human Rights.
