The amendment to the Labour Code in 2020 and related changes in the labour legislation

Abstract

This treatise deals with the major changes brought about by the amendment to the Labour Code, which entered into force on the 30 of July 2020, respectively the 1 of January 2021. It summarizes these clearly.

It also provides the author's own and insightful view of the proposed changes.
