Abstract
The text analyzes the Czech labor market in terms of the position of foreigners in the Czech Republic. The Czech Republic is attractive to immigrants not only from third countries, but also from the EU due to economic maturity, high security, quality and health services, as well as work programs that facilitate entry into the Czech labor market.
International migration not only provides an economically active population, but also improves the demographic situation in the country.
