Abstract

The publication is engaged in managerial activities in the field of sport. The introduction defines the concept of sport management and points to the representation of this field in the international area.

From the sequential management activities in the next chapters, it is devoted to strategic planning and organizing in sport, from specific managerial activities it is - marketing of sport, advertising and sponsorship in sport. The last chapter offers a clear form of knowledge in the manual for the management of a non-profit sports organization.
