The paper contains a systematic interpretation of the concept of fundamental general provisions on natural persons. It is primarily a comprehensive interpretation of legal capacity, including its gradual acquisition and the basis of responsibility for its own acts.

Furthermore, attention is paid to the change of a person's sex, minority, attaining of majority and also proof of death.
