Current difficulties of notions and definitions on the example of carsharing

Abstract

The article deals with the content of the concept of carpooling, both in the general sense and in the legal sense. Particular attention is paid to shifts in meaning in the understanding of this concept, which have occurred in the last fifty years.

This serves as an example to substantiate the general thesis that law cannot avoid the rule of ever-increasing movement, dynamism and development of society.
