Abstract
Testaamentory succession is based on the rule of testamentory autonomy. Also tthe issues of portion of heritage, acquisition of heritage is mentioned.
The chapters deals with the vulgary and fideicomisary substitution, form of testament, and revocation of testament. The legal heriditory succesion is based on idea of familiarization combined with the rule of representation and graduation.
The general idea of relatives relationship is graficaly illustraded and described in the first part. After that the succesion under heritage classes sis developed.
The heretage o leggatory or caducum (heritiga of state) is mentioned.
