The subject of the invention is a device for measuring muscle strength comprising an electrostimulator with at least two electrodes to be placed on the skin of the user at the motor muscle point of measurement, a sensor and an analyzer and the sensor is adapted to transmit signals proportional to the muscle response to electrostimulatory pulses to the analyzer, and comprises fixing that allows the measured limb to move, with at least one compression strap connected to a source of compressed air. An analyser is connected to the pressure pulling strap to analyse the air pressure changes of the pressure pulling strap through the pressure hose.
The analyser and the sensor are feedback coupled to the electrostimulator and electrodes. The invention also relates to a method for testing the muscular performance of athletes.
