Teachers' Discourse on Teaching Administrative Style at Secondary Schools

Abstract

The contribution focuses on the teachers' view of teaching administrative style, how important it is in relation to their goals, where they perceive the critical places of administrative style to be and what practises they use to overcome the problems. The basis of the research is eight interviews with experienced secondary school teacher.

The research also revealed some more complex relations in secondary teaching writing and in developing communicative skills.
