Abstract

Testament - as an important legal act - requires a signature for its validity. Thus, a signature as an essential element of a testament shall be noted by notaries.

Where do the boundaries between non-binding act and legally valid will lie? Is the signature with just the first name sufficient? What about a a signature as "Your Dad" or "Grandma"? Can a signature be placed somewhere else than in the end of the deed?
