Abstract

The chapter discusses the basic factors and circumstances of the formation of the administrative law program of F. Palacký and K.

Havlíček Borovský. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the concept of so-called Austroslavism as a program of internal administration of Imperial Austria in the mid-19th century.
