Abstract

Prostate carcinoma metastasis to the testis. In most cases, prostate carcinoma metastasizes into pelvic lymph nodes, and into skeleton; less frequently into lungs and liver.

Testis metastasis is rare. The disease is usually unilateral and occurs by elderly males.

Here we present a case history of a patient, where a prostate carcinoma metastasi-zing into a testis was one of the symptoms of the disease.
