Abstrakt
Historians of Bengali literature have created a category called "Nāth literature", which consists of several late medieval works of various genres. Scholars believe that the existence of these texts demonstrates the significant and long-term presence of the Nāths in Bengal, and that the Nāth teachings on yoga have profoundly influenced other religious traditions in this region.
In this talk, i have questioned both of these views.
