Abstract
Effective meetings are a great management tool at school (and not only in it) for leading people and consequently a way to move the whole organization. The book Effective Meetings discusses how to prepare, implement and reflect on such meetings.
The publication contains a description of individual types of meetings, including their specific examples, and deals in detail with specific meetings in schools. The text also lists the traps that can occur at each meeting, but also spells that direct the meeting in the right direction.
The participants of the seminars also had the floor in the book. The book is accompanied by a number of appendices that can be used immediately in practice.
The book is intended mainly for employees from schools and school facilities, but it can also be used by other leaders who want to move their meetings in the right direction.
