Abstract
The chapter deals with remuneration of dependent work in foreign currency with regard to the needs of application practice, the fact that modern forms and institutes need to be sought which would correspond to how dependent work is currently carried out and is likely to be carried out in a number of areas in the future, and at the same time submits proposals for changes in legislation.
