Abstract
The article provides an overview of selected international and national campaigns in the field of pharmacy on the example of World Pharmacists Day, World Antibiotic Awareness Week, and European Antibiotic Awareness Day and national initiatives - Pharmacy Day and Antibiotic week in pharmacies in the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic. It briefly describes their origin, organization, development and focus.
