Abstract
In routine clinical practice, venous wall pathology is most commonly manifested as chronic venous insufficiency (CVI). Venopharmaceuticals are often used here as part of conservative treatment, very often also in their mutual combination.
The presented text summarizes the current knowledge about the fixed combination of Rusci extractum, hesperidin and vitamin C in the medicinal product Cyclo 3 Fort, both in terms of the mechanism of action and the evaluation of own clinical experience and anchoring in existing guidelines.
