Abstract
The chapter deals with the history of hitherto futile attempts to regulate whistleblowing in the legal order of the Czech Republic. It also deals with the transposition government's bill of comprehensive law on the protection of whistleblowers.
The chapter comments, for example, on the concept of "retaliation", the definition of the group of whistleblowers.
