Abstract
The article deals with the current legal concept of whistleblowing, the bill on the protection of whistleblowers and the fact whether a member of a cooperative can be considered a whistleblower. It discusses in detail the available definitions of the term whistleblowing.
It also deals with the definition of a whistleblower according to the draft law on the protection of whistleblowers.
