Some remarks on the issue of eliminating discrimination against women in employment and remuneration

Abstract

The contribution is based mainly on the analysis of the 1979 Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women. The significance of this Convention lies mainly in the fact that men are treated in order to emphasize the different characteristics of women (biological, psychological, health, social, etc.).
