Citizens' participation in spatial planning at the municipal level

Abstract

This paper deals with various mechanisms for promoting the interests of citizens in relation to the application of general tools of land use planning at the municipal level (= especially land use plan) and to the land use permission making and attempts to rate current Czech legislation.
