Dr. Subrt is a professor of mine at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic.

I am not being graded on this review and am doing it purely out of interest and having read his book recently. He started the department of Historical sociology at Charles University and this book has been incredibly useful in understanding more about this field of study and I believe the word should get out there about this branch of sociology.
