Overview of Czech literature translated into Spanish and published in Cuba between 1959 and 1989, being both the years of the Cuban Revolution and the Velvet Revolution respectively. In it we address the role of Czech literature and translated literature in Cuban society, as well as the influence of the position of Cuba in the international sphere and its relationship with Czechoslovakia and other socialist countries.
