About (not) travelling during the socialist era

Abstract

The text is a review of Pavel Mücke's publication titled Have a good journey..?! Transformation of travelling and tourism policies in Czechoslovakia during the Cold War (1945-1989). It evaluates the impact of the research results in the publication for the Czech historiography regarding the history of travelling.
