SPU covered by behavioral disorders - a case study of an adolescent girl

Publication at Faculty of Education |
2020

Abstract

Theoral presentation tries to point out the strong moments in counseling and pedagogical work with a student with SPU after the transition from primary school to secondary vocational school. The case study shows what sensitive and difficult demands come from the comorbid diagnosis of SPU and behavioral disorders on the part of teachers, parents and the child himself.

Emphasis will be placed on the end of primary school, the placement of a girl in institutional care and the subsequent transition to secondary school. Intervention and a positive personal approach of the class teacher proved to be key here.
