Abstract
This paper is dedicated to studiing the competence of the Jewish commission which was estabilished in 1714 as a part of the Czech proconsulate at chambre, until the end of its activity in 1783. On the example of individual (typologically various) collections of documents issued directly from the commission's activity, or related to its activity, we document its scope of authority and changing competence in given period.
