Abstrakt
The social significance of the linguistic program is analyzed in socio-linguistic context,development from diglossia towards bilinguism. The author argues that under specific social conditions, tle establishment of new written language becomes a natural aspekt of social emancipation among tle members of the non-dominant ethnic group.
