Abstract
Th is article deals with the employment of persons with disabilities from the point of view of the national plans of the Government Board for Persons with Disabilities. It presents key measures and recommendations in the fi eld of the employment of people with disabilities and it summarizes its development in the Czech Republic in the last 30 years.
