Abstract

The reviewed book is dedicated to an in-depth study of the magnificent festivities and striking processions surrounding the advent of the New Year according to the available evidence from a single sacred monument - the late Ptolemaic temple of the goddess Hathor in Dendara (Upper Egypt).
