The paper focuses on changes in school management in connection with digitization, which has increased the number of activities, especially of an administrative nature, focused on the professional management of documents that the principal must perform. All schools, regardless of the founder, became public authorities in 2017, and therefore have a data box established by law, which they must primarily use to communicate with all users.
This expanded the agenda of document management at the school to include documents in electronic form delivered by a data box.
