Abstract

In the introductory chapter of the legal monograph entitled Representation, with the subtitle Specifics and Context, the author dealt with the mandatory representation of participants in civil proceedings, both in historical contexts and from the point of view of current legislation and de lege ferenda. In the end, the positives and negatives of the mandatory representation were presented and the results obtained by the analysis of the issue were summarized.
