Abstract
The paper deals with criminal law and forensic aspects of the crime of murder. First, the Czech legal regulation of the crime of murder according to § 140 of the Penal Code is approached. of the Code, where a distinction is made between simple murder and premeditative murder.
Attention is also drawn to selected forensic aspects, resp. methodology for investigating this crime.
