The Origin of the Czechoslovakia 1918: the problem of the revolution, continuity and discontinuity

Publication at Faculty of Arts |
2018

Abstract

The lecture analyzed the continuous and discontinuous elements after the establishment of the Czechoslovak Republic in comparison with the situation before 1918. It concluded that there were more continuous elements, and the real state did not correspond to the self-presentation of interwar Czechoslovakia as a revolutionary state completely free from old Austria.
