The research exploring diverse children's perceptions of their school climate is rare. The recent migration trends prove that this topic is of immense importance.
Therefore, in our research, we are adapting the Multicultural School Climate Inventory (MSCI), which is a 22-item questionnaire measuring diverse children's perception of the multicultural climate of their school. The results of MSCI will be contrasted with qualitative data collected by conducting interviews with principals and teachers.
The goal of the interviews will be to address the school's concept of multicultural education and the role of moral and ethics education. The main goal of our research is to understand factors contributing to children's prosocial behavior in diverse schools and its moral and value bases.
