in his chapter, the author presents the institution of judicial supervision of a legal entity and proposes its adoption into the current catalogue of penal sanctions that can be imposed upon convicted legal entities. With regard to individual-preventive (educational) aspect of a punishment, that should, according to his opinion, take place in sanctioning of legal entities, the author criticizes the fact that conditional sanctions abstain from this catalogue. attention is given to foreign and European legislation, which imposes the institute of judicial supervision, the issue in which way this supervision should be executed, as well as comparison of this institute with other current non-penal institutes of similar nature, that are, however, unable of replacing its purpose.
