In the article, we wanted to think about ways to include physical activities with track and field (athletics) content in the daily programme of primary and secondary school pupils during the period of COVID inactivity. This is supported by the statement that we can perform track and field (athletics) in the most basic form in different conditions, and thanks to the diversity of its individual disciplines, everyone can find movement here.
The authors recommend using more conditions at home (garden, lawn around the house, etc.) and near the house (park, meadow, forest, etc.) which is defined by government measures. The article brought to the attention of authors who, in their communications, dealt with the difficult situation at the time of COVID.
