The project focuses on the principles of democratic culture. It deals mainly with the development of competencies that are manifested in the acquisition of knowledge and critical understanding, skills and the consolidation of values and attitudes.
Our basic motto is Respect for Life. Human society is driven by seven key drivers (which, by the way, coincide with seven "human things" in the Comenius 2020 project).
These driving moments form the content outline of the project: Politics (government) Media Business Spirituality (religion) Education Culture (Art) Family (relationships) The project is based on the principle of positive motivation through the so-called moral imagination. Resp. we do not want to primarily point out what is wrong in society, but on the contrary to awaken the imagination in a good way: What would a policy look like that is really good? What do really good media look like? Good business? A good religion? A good education? Good culture? A good family? By the adjective "good" we mean functional, prosperous or vital, for the individual and the whole.
The main thesis of the project is that a company with a future is based on good politics, good media, good business, etc. Pupils will therefore be guided to ask and answer questions about what policy has a future, what media has a future, what ways of doing business, what forms of religion, etc.
