Restitution in kind under the Act on Property Settlement with Churches and Religious Societies

Abstract

The property settlement of the state with the churches combines the restitution method in kind with a lump sum financial compensation, the purpose of which is not exclusively restitution. Items will not be issued according to a pre-prepared list, but only at the request of the authorized person and after meeting all the conditions stipulated by law.
