Některé právní otázky investic do tzv. distressed assets v době koronavirové

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused serious damage not only to the Czech but to the global economy. As a result of these events, real GDP is falling sharply, not least as a result measures that have been put in place against the spread of coronavirus, but also due to the economic downturn activities of business partners of the Czech Republic.
