Abstract
Feasibility study: the introduction of a "claim" for pre-school education for all children examines whether and under what conditions it would be possible to introduce a legal entitlement to a place in a kindergarten (pre-primary education) for every child over 3 years of age. The study is based on the results of several partial but research-related analyzes that were created for this purpose.
The analyzes themselves are preceded by the formulation of research questions and a brief introduction to the methodology used. The presented chapter provides a comparison of the Czech situation with the state of demands for preschool education in the European Union, with special regard to the situation in culturally similar Germany.
