Abstract
The Old Norse corpus is an intended tool for processing the language of the Old Norsemen. The lecture introduced the linguistic corpus to the participants as such and then presented a number of executive decisions which a researcher has to make when creating his/her own corpus.
These decisions were then demonstrated on the currently envisioned Old Norse corpus. Thus, the participants were informed about the status of the building of the Old Norse corpus, as well as what steps are left to complete it.
