Abstract
Modern Al-Li based alloys are of great importance in the aerospace industry. Twin-roll casting could have great potential for manufacturing in places, where these materials are to be used in the form of thin plates.
However, a proper thermomechanical processing practice is not yet known for these materials when twin-roll cast.
