Teachers' Discourse on Teaching Administrative Style and Overcoming Its Critical Places at Secondary Schools

Abstract

The paper focuses on the teachers' view of teaching administrative style, where they perceive the critical places of administrative style to be and what practises they use to overcome the problems. The research also revealed some more complex relations in secondary teaching writing and in developing communicative skills.
