Abstract
This publication follows on from the conference and professional seminar that took place in 2018 and 2020 in the Office of the Public Defender of Rights in Brno and at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. The individual outputs fit into the broader issue of the legal status of persons with disabilities, which have so far received only minor attention in Czech legal science.
The authors present not only conceptual views on the rights of people with disabilities, but also more detailed analyzes of the legal and factual situation, especially in matters of autonomy and access to employment.
