Abstract

The paper has two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the necessary structure of financial literacy and points to the reserves of the concept of financial literacy in Czech schools.

The practical part is focused on the age group of 5 to 8 year old children, the concept of a payment card. The activities are set in a specific didactic structure.

Graded activities can be included both in kindergarten and at the beginning of schooling.
