The questionnaire survey is a typical procedure of pedagogical research aimed at describing and explaining a certain pedagogical fact (eg evaluation of creative work in an educational institution), but the analysis and interpretation of questionnaire data by visual artists is a shift to so-called Art based research.
The boundaries of individual research often overlap, influence and enrich each other, as evidenced by the international project Amass - Acting on the Margins: Arts as Social Sculpture, in which the authors of the Re / de / in / form project are involved as researchers together with other colleagues. from the Department of Art Education, Faculty of Education, Charles University. As part of this research, contemporary artists were addressed and invited - Adéla Bierbaumer, Marek Fanta, Pavla Gajdošíková, Eva Jiřička, whose realizations are an artistic reaction to the data from the research survey.
