Like humans, plants make friends or enemies or ignore them. In the school garden, where we do not want to use pesticides and herbicides with regard to children's health, it is good to know the basics of polyculture when growing plants.
We will introduce you to the friendship of two of the three "sisters": pumpkins and corn. Both pumpkins and maize come from Central America, when they were grown many thousands of years ago by the mysterious Maya.
Can we grow them too?
