The book presents the issue of environmental education in 13 chapters. It is intended primarily for teachers (current and future).
We believe that it will find its readers among teachers and students, ecocentre workers or parents. The book is designed as an electronic book with the functions common in The Future Books, ie embedded connecting links, links to documents and video lectures on the topic and interactive self-evaluation.
Readers will learn the reasons for the implementation of environmental education, briefly get acquainted with the history of nature protection and environmental movement, functions and offer of ecocentres. They realize that it is possible to view environmental education as a didactic.
They will get acquainted with its goals and with the usual methods of work. Finally, special chapters are devoted to the implementation of environmental education in preschool education and didactic principles that must be followed.
