Consumer Policy Strategy 2021 - 2030 and Possible Implications for the Insurance Sector

Abstract

In this article, the author analyzes the Consumer Policy Strategy 2021-2030 in relation to the insurance sector and previously he also focuses on The Green Paper and the Action Plan with which it compares the Strategy in terms of the feasibility of the proclaimed removal barriers within the single market, in particular with regard to on geoblocking or the choice of law, the court forum and the language of the insurance contract in accordance with applicable EU law. The Author also focuses on the related issues and trends in the field of administrative supervision.
