Abstract
The Czech poet, writer, theater and film director František Listopad came to Portugal during his lifetime, where he lived, created and later died under the name Jorge from the 1960s. On the occasion of the centenary of his birth as an accompanying program of the international conference Portugueses de Papel, Karolina Válová from the Faculty of Arts, Charles University gave a lecture on Listopad's Portuguese life and the works created here.
This was followed by a screening of the documentary "O Jorge" by director Pavlína Taubingerová.
